Formed in 1981, Slayer was one of the "Big 4" thrash metal bands that became known for its popularity in the early 1980s. Alongside Metallica, Anthrax and Megadeth, Slayer reached a huge audience and has sold more than 5 million albums in the U.S. alone. This 2LP set features a classic live show by Slayer, recorded during the Monsters Of Rock Tour in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1994. This show is taken from a live broadcast of the show that was nationally broadcast on both TV and FM radio at the time. This performance remains a classic concert in Slayer's live catalog and will prove to be a fitting tribute to a band that has provided so much inspiration and influence to so many over four decades.
