Shortly after Skyclad expands the line-up with violinist Fritha Jenkins - in this way a unique model of the band is born, now recognized by a classical instrument incorporated into the heavy metal context; no matter how singer Martin continues to drone on in a disgusting, expressive manner, the British music gradually becomes milder, from thrash to speed/heavy metal with traditional NWoBHM elements, subtly purifying and strengthening the folky touch; one of the strongest albums [1992] in their back catalog and is often compared to the Sabbat debut, and for good reason. An absolute classic in (folk) metal!
